About e-Start
The e-start system can be completely tailored by an HR department to their elearning needs using our content management system. Purchased off-the-shelf, this induction system can be customised to reflect the unique HR training requirements.
The system is trackable, which means that for any given employee e-start tracks what induction screens have be ( BEEN ) read and where training is successful.
Assessment questions and tests can also be added to the online software and links can be created to your existing intranet/internet induction and HR content.
