Step 2: Deploy e-learning
Once the e-learning courses are created they can be deployed through e-start's own Learning Management System - Open Elms. A Learning Management System has numerous advantages over another delivery mechanism such as a CD or video presentation, since the system allows you to...:
- Monitor who has completed the induction;
- Send automated emails to persons to encourage them to complete the training;
- Test employees knowledge of the induction process;
- Ask them relevant questions and initiate tasks based on their respones (e.g. send an employee further information).
