How much does e-induction cost?

The induction cost varies between £10-£20 per person ($36-$18) depending upon the number of personnel to be inducted. Conservative estimates for the cost of induction are around £170 per person, thereby representing a huge financial incentive to induct employees electronically.

Are there any hidden costs?

Providing your order is for 100+ employees there are no further costs. Customisation charges are included at a price of £200 page for smaller orders.

How can I edit the induction over time?

The induction is supplied is updatable by yourself by simply typing new text or exchanging existing images. If your company adds a division, loses a CEO or changes location all of this can be easily updated without the need for redesign.

Will you customise the e-induction for me?

Yes, the induction is customised to exactly fit your organisation. No two inductions for any client will look remotely similar.

What HR information do you need to create the induction?

Any standard training tools such as Power Point, video and induction manuals can all be used to create the induction for you. We can even shoot video if you want to add a little more to the e-induction process.

How can I manage the induction process?

When employees enter your company they can be automatically tracked by the induction system. You can set the system up to send out an email as soon as the new employee joins your organisation. Further emails can be sent to encourage the employee to complete the induction. Our induction courses follow the SCORM 1.2 e-learning standard if you already have e-learning management systems in place in your organisation.

Further management of the employee can be carried out by setting up HR checklists. Questions can be asked such as "Have you received your company manual?", "Have you had an induction meeting with your line manager?", "Have you had the company medical?" etc can be asked. These will then create tasks for the relevant members of staff in your organisation to follow up.
